Hi. I just got into knitting and I got myself some projects to work with from phildar but the abbreviations are a big problem for me since I am English speaking. I love the patterns they have but I feel like crying sometimes because of this barrier. Can you please help me? Please see the link below.

Here are the whole words of the abbreviations :
Knitting in french is not so easy. Ask if you want a translation of a part of the pattern (sorry for my bad English ;-)
Tric. = tricoter
Cont. = continuer
Aigu = aiguilles
m. = maille
Rgs = rangs
Haut. = hauteur
Rab. = rabattre
M.cent. = maille centrale
Fs = fois
Trav. = travail
Ch. = chaque

Gauge : 20 sts, 28 rows : 4" (3mm needles)
With 3mm needles, co 1)33, 2)37 sts
Rib 1x1until piece measures 2cm
Take 3,5 mm needles and continue in Stockinette stitch until the piece measures 1) 6,5cm, 2)7,5 cm from the edge of the rib
Other row : bind of the centrer stich, then work one side at time
other row : bind of the first stiche, continue in stockinette stich until the end of the row
other row : bind of the first stiche, continue in stockinette stich until the end of the row
other row : bind of the first two stiches, continue in stockinette stich until the end of the row
other row : bind of the first two stiches, continue in stockinette stich until the end of the row
other row : bind of the first two stiches, continue in stockinette stich until the end of the row
other row : bind of the first two stiches, continue in stockinette stich until the end of the row
